Gov. Arthur Yap has encouraged an ‘honest” evaluation of the illegal drug situation in Bohol if “we are getting better or worse.”

He told the law enforcers at the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) meeting at Capitol this morning he would himself answer factually if asked being the governor.

A representative of PNP provincial commander Col. Jonathan Cabal said “we are better off” now than previously.

This is accordingly evidenced by, for one, the lessening amount of shabu confiscated in police operations.

PDEA record shows, though, that of Bohol’s 1,109 barangays, just 396 or over one-third have been “:cleared” of illegal drug while clearing barometers have gone “stricter.” (Ven rebo Arigo)
